We specialize in quality restorations of Vespa and Lambretta scooters. Our full- time professionally trained team specialize in museum quality restoration of classic scooters. We restore them from the ground up, maintaining the original look and operation. Every restoration starts with bare metal, with scooters being disassembled and media blasted to remove years of neglect. This process is the most efficient way to remove paint without distorting the metal.

Once repairs are made to the metal, we then use a rust inhibiting coating prior to application of a sprayable polyester filler, this filler is then painstakingly sanded to remove any imperfections to the body of the scooter. When this process meets our high standards, we apply a sandable surfacer, applied in our heated paint cabin and baked at 140 degrees. This surfacer is wet sanded to a fine finish so we can apply the 2 component color and clearcoat finish. This process is also baked at 140 degrees in our paint cabin giving you a museum quality finish.

While the body department is making the scooter look great, our mechanics are busy cleaning the engine casings and rebuilding or replacing components as needed. We replace all rubber hoses, brake shoes, shocks, springs, tires, tubes, cables, wiring, etc. to make the systems of the scooter new as well.

Upon reassembly we perform final quality control and replace all trim making each scooter a true masterpiece.
